About Rights Stuff
European-based Rights Stuff, established in 1999,
has offices in Amsterdam and earlier this year Dublin, Ireland .
Headed up by Wendy Bernfeld, Rights Stuff works with a range of
international content owners, telcos, IPTV operators, producers,
distributors and TV, cable and satellite, internet and mobile channels.
Expertise and guidance is offered in pragmatic international content
licensing (acquisition/distribution), commercial, and business affairs
consulting, and in deal structuring and rights exploitation across all
forms of media. In recent decade in particular, extensive work has been
carried out on launching evolving new digital media platforms around the
world, across various content and business/consumer models.
Recently, Wendy has been joined by Amory Schwartz, previously co-founder
and chief executive of NASN (North American Sports Network), the pan-European
sports network which was acquired by ESPN in 2007. Amory brings a wealth of
sports and digital channel expertise to Rights Stuff, via Rights Stuff Media
(Ireland) Ltd.
Over the last decade, Rights Stuff has worked for an extensive range
of clients including IndieMoviesOnline (the new film online site); France
Telecom/Orange, AardmanOnline; Joost.com; Nova/Forthnet (Greece/Cyprus pay
tv and channel platforms); Endemol, Canal+, UPC/ChelloMedia, Fremantle, Sony,
2waytraffic, Movielink and Disney/ABC International Television (Europe).
